We, at the Maplewood White Bear Chiropractic Center care about you and your individual health care needs. We take the time to perform a thorough examination and provide you with a care plan that is designed to effectively treat your condition. Most treatment plans are completed in 3-4 weeks and include home care instructions so you can achieve long-term symptom relief and reduce the likelihood of recurrence.  We recommend posture and sleep position modifications, stretching/strengthening exercises, pain control techniques and nutritional supplements to continue the reparative process outside of this clinic.

We are “In-Network” Providers to all major insurance plans in the area. We verify your benefits and tell you up front what services are and are not covered by your insurance plan. If a service is recommended that is not covered by your insurance plan, we allow you to decide if you want to have that service. All non-covered services are reasonably priced if paid for at the time of service and may be turned into your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending for reimbursement of a medically necessary treatment.
